   I’m not one to write a review at all but when the customer service has been this appalling I would be letting myself down for not saying anything. The mess around getting this company to install a 7ft Christmas tree in a residential home and having it removed is absolutely not worth the time or the money. I waited 5 hours from the time given to get in installed to then having to wait longer as the wrong decorations were delivered to then having more issues around the collection of it. They are a company that do not care about your time whatsoever even after paying over $1000 to hire a standard size tree for Christmas.

   A great family run business with the best Christmas items ever! I can’t wait to see the families reaction to the crackers with the wind up Snowmen in side them. Never seen crackers like them anywhere else. Very Unique

   So pleased with my gorgeous Christmas Tree. Tree quality is brilliant, store communication was professional and very obliging with video call to see the tree better. And super fast free delivery too. Outstanding online shopping experience!

   Rob and his lovely wife were so helpful when I needed a new realistic-looking artificial tree after a difficult Christmas last year.
   They were very friendly, answered all my questions, spent all the time with me that I needed, and carried my choice to the car.
   When I got home and realised that the tree wouldn’t fit in the only spot, they made it easy for me to exchange it to a more appropriate size.
   I would highly recommend this family business to anyone, and I plan on going back there next year to refresh my decorations.
   Thanks for a great experience, you two!
