   I’m not one to write a review at all but when the customer service has been this appalling I would be letting myself down for not saying anything. The mess around getting this company to install a 7ft Christmas tree in a residential home and having it removed is absolutely not worth the time or the money. I waited 5 hours from the time given to get in installed to then having to wait longer as the wrong decorations were delivered to then having more issues around the collection of it. They are a company that do not care about your time whatsoever even after paying over $1000 to hire a standard size tree for Christmas.
