   Visited Unreal Christmas last weekend and purchased a 7ft prelit tree. We are very happy with the tree and the family all think it is very realistic. It was very easy to assemble and we just love the lights. Unreal Christmas is a family run business and they were very helpful. Can highly recommend this business!

   Fantastic service, very helpful with prompt notification of when preorder was available for collection. Even gave a gift of the red star topper just for collecting. The quality is excellent and very easy to assemble, so happy with the overall finish of this tree. Thankyou Unreal Christmas Trees.

   I’m not one to write a review at all but when the customer service has been this appalling I would be letting myself down for not saying anything. The mess around getting this company to install a 7ft Christmas tree in a residential home and having it removed is absolutely not worth the time or the money. I waited 5 hours from the time given to get in installed to then having to wait longer as the wrong decorations were delivered to then having more issues around the collection of it. They are a company that do not care about your time whatsoever even after paying over $1000 to hire a standard size tree for Christmas.
